Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship your online order within 10 business days of receiving it. If you have any questions about shipping times please don’t hesitate to get in touch through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 416.848.7424.
Please note that we are currently only offering shipping within Canada.
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder (it’s usually in there). If you still can’t locate it, please email us at email@example.com and we will re-send it to you.
Alternatively, you may opt to save on shipping costs and pick-up your order at our Queensway (927 The Queensway, Unit 10) location. Hours of operation are 11AM – 7PM Monday to Thursday, 11AM – 6PM Saturdays, and 11AM – 5PM Sundays.
All rates shown are in Canadian dollars. Please note that we are currently only offering shipping within Canada. We offer standard shipping. We ship via Canada Post and shipping in Canada generally takes approximately 2-8 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
The Pie Commission wants you to love your stuff, but sometimes your shipment isn’t exactly what you expected. We’re here to help.
We will happily provide an exchange or refund for returned unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. A copy of the receipt must accompany the return/exchange. Sale items are final sale.
Online returns can be accepted at our Queensway (927 The Queensway, Unit 10) location or can be shipped back to us. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For items returned by post, please include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip and securely place the product(s) in a properly sealed shipping container.
Please note, a refund (in original tender) will be issued for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes; however, shipping costs are non-refundable. Re-shipping charges on exchanged items will apply.
We must be informed of your return or exchange by email before return shipping so that we can send you proper ship-back instructions. For return requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
